Two backends, one contract
The NestJS 11 runtime serves production today and stays supported. Beside it, a Rust workspace of 24 crates is being brought up domain by domain against a frozen copy of the same API contract — six of fourteen phases closed against published exit gates, compliance currently open. Both engines are in the repository you licence, so the second one is progress rather than an invoice, and adopting it is an engine swap rather than a re-integration.
